Sorry it's been a while. But looka this ham!

Here's Delbert Sanchez, circa 1969, immediately after he found out he was passed over for the role of Cookie Monster on the new children's television program "Sesame Street". He soon gave up on the entertainment industry, and currently sells industrial vacuum cleaners in Egypt.

Sunday Night Fun Times and so forth

And so it came about to happen that my friends and I have begun to begin a weekly drawing evening proceeding that proceeded to begin tonight. And it was a fun. So here, to represent our beginning along on this journey of going, is a specific one of the drawings I made with my hand:

This, good fellows and dames, is Templeton Crawdad: Fresh Hobo. Like myself and my "chums", he is setting forth on a new road, only his road is made of rails. As in, the "Rails-road". By which I mean "Railroad". You get the idea. Anyhow, Templeton has left the civilized world behind and will from now on live by his wits, temerity, and stubborn willfulness. Unless, that is, he can find no more food after eating his only fish and onion and then starves to death. Which is a miserable way to go, let me tell you.

Anyhow, this here blog will feature drawings created during these Sunday Night festivities, and may occasionally provide updates on young Mr. Crawdad's whereabouts, physical condition, and hairstyle. Good night, and God bless.
